Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including neural interfaces and decentralized AI networks
- Develop scalable prototypes for metaverse commerce and Web3.0 infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to roadmap technology adoption curves
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews in emerging fields
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in future-tech domains
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech stacks (quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology fields
- Proven track record of shipping disruptive products
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies in research environments
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns
