Responsibilities
- Lead the Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technology roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Drive Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Web3.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability across all development squads.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong background in data science, machine learning pipelines, and AI integration strategies.
