Responsibilities

- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab focused on futuristic concepts for 2026.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies to accelerate the development of 2026-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges with scalable solutions.
