Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the long-term technology roadmap, identifying critical trends and innovations to integrate into our core business model.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives focused on emerging tech stacks, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous research and pilot testing for new technologies to assess technical viability and ROI.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring junior strategists and technical leads.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, specifically within AI, Data Science, or Futurism.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and develop actionable roadmaps years in advance.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and emerging hardware architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
