Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, distributed systems using AI and Web3 protocols.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate into the core product stack.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into feasible technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud infrastructure and edge computing solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product leadership.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain/Web3 ecosystems.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with high-level languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends up to 2026.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
