Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of prototypes for futuristic technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future tech concepts into viable business strategies.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of advanced AI models.
- Drive innovation labs and hackathons focused on 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong background in Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices.
- Demonstrated ability to think long-term and manage multi-year technology projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
