Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies that will define the industry by 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Research: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) and evaluate their applicability to our product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate future trends into actionable development roadmaps.
- Feasibility Studies: Assess the technical and financial viability of new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and clear manner.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software development leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning or futurist role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech trends, specifically AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Web3.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and successfully delivering complex initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies quickly based on market changes.
