Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical vision and product roadmap for AI integration.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex 2026 strategic goals into technical deliverables.
- Ensure architectural integrity, security, and compliance across all future tech stacks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy and roadmap planning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
