Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning engineering output with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning agents into our product ecosystem to automate complex workflows.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentorship, and technical excellence within a high-performance engineering team.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, market-ready features.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies, ensuring system security and scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex, scalable products in fast-paced environments.
- Strong command of system design patterns and the ability to make high-stakes technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
