Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product line.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in designing high-performance, fault-tolerant systems.
- Conduct architectural reviews and champion best practices in cloud-native development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Drive innovation through prototyping and proof-of-concept development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-growth engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and their application in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
