Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance technology stacks designed for long-term growth and adaptability.

- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for 2026, aligning engineering goals with broader business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous coding standards and review processes to ensure maintainability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Futuristic Tech Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML, Edge Computing, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams through complex product launches.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus.
