Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms, focusing on Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- Architect scalable systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to prototype immersive, future-forward user experiences.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AR/VR, Edge Computing) and recommend adoption strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
