Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI integration.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing simulations and Advanced AI models.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, specifically focusing on the 2026 timeline.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and architect seamless migration paths to future-state infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with familiarity in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and prototype novel solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems under tight deadlines.
