Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on forward-thinking innovation.
- Establish security and scalability standards that will define our infrastructure for years to come.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and leading diverse engineering teams.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
