Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive strategy to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) into our core business model by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Research: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with high potential for ROI, creating a proprietary innovation pipeline.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-Suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Oversight: Manage internal innovation labs and external partnerships to pilot breakthrough technologies before mass adoption.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Assess current systems for scalability and resilience against the technological shifts of the next two years.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists and engineers dedicated to the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or Senior Engineering leadership with a focus on the future.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and next-generation computing paradigms.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering on long-term strategic goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Tech Strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agility: Experience navigating uncertainty and pivoting strategies in rapidly evolving tech environments.
