Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI Agents, Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready architectures.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex systems that integrate next-generation machine learning models with legacy infrastructures.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Web3 standards) to solve real-world problems.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for visionary projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities before they impact the product lifecycle in the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Spatial Computing (AR/VR frameworks).

- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Architect certification is a plus.
