Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI and quantum computing architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Drive the research and development of next-generation algorithms, ensuring our technology remains ahead of industry standards.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for Horizon 2026, aligning engineering goals with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing for speed, latency, and cost-efficiency in dynamic environments.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Quantum Computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
