Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and Quantum research initiatives targeting deployment in 2026.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that integrate quantum algorithms with classical machine learning models.
- R&D Management: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers in exploring novel technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for investors and executive leadership.
- Process Optimization: Implement Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development cycles.
- Future Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in unstructured environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a technical context.
