Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype and validate next-gen systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure patents for breakthrough methodologies and systems
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI safety, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience leading R&D teams of 15+ professionals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio of implemented technologies with measurable market impact
