Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for next-gen AI applications.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy scalable AI models into production environments.
- Publish cutting-edge research papers and contribute to open-source communities.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD students to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Evaluate new hardware accelerators and optimize model inference for edge devices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI research or software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
