Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural networks and quantum algorithms focused on autonomous decision-making.
- R&D Leadership: Lead the Research & Development division in exploring emerging technologies like AGI, Synthetic Reality, and Bio-digital interfaces.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the 3-5 year technical roadmap for the company, ensuring alignment with 2026 and beyond technological milestones.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring junior engineers and senior architects alike.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicists, ethicists, and product designers to ensure technical feasibility and ethical integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field; equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI or advanced computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Future-Proof Mindset: Proven track record of adapting to and implementing cutting-edge technologies before they become mainstream.
