Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for OmniCorp, specifically focusing on innovations relevant to the 2026 era.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Research & Development: Lead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing interfaces, and edge computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Process Optimization: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, deployment, and system observability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and their application in production environments.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
