Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Spatial Computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient microservices architecture capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI into core business workflows to drive efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate concepts for future products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering with 3+ years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript, with deep knowledge of Cloud Native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Expertise: Demonstrated experience implementing LLMs and predictive analytics models.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and navigating technical debt.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
