Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep research to identify emerging technology trends expected to mature by 2026 and assess their viability for Nexus Horizon.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing early-stage technologies to ensure they align with our long-term vision.
- Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with startups, universities, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Implementation Roadmaps: Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps that guide engineering teams from experimentation to production readiness.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate competitor moves and identify strategic opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role within the technology sector, with a proven track record of strategic planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Advanced Robotics.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to think beyond current constraints and articulate a compelling vision for the future (2026+).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
