Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex systems aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for key product releases in the upcoming years.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI models and machine learning pipelines into core platforms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- System Scalability: Ensure system architecture supports high throughput and scalability under heavy load.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and experience deploying large language models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous technical challenges and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
