Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to fill critical technical roles for the 2026 Winter Olympics infrastructure and operations.
- Lead end-to-end full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent in niche technical fields such as Data Science, IT Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify passive candidates with a passion for sports technology.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand project requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely placements and maintaining a strong employer brand presence.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives within the 2026 project team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record in high-volume or project-based hiring (experience with major events or government infrastructure is a strong plus).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to evaluate technical proficiency in candidates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, specifically aligned with the 2026 timeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
