Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Design ethical frameworks for technology implementation and stakeholder engagement
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech implementation and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
