Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning technical goals with long-term business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to pioneer breakthrough technologies.
- Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced infrastructure solutions.
- Identify emerging market trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior leadership alike, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring high standards of quality and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
