Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, next-generation software architectures capable of supporting AI-driven decision-making and real-time data processing.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for key deliverables expected by the end of 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (GenAI, Edge Computing) to pilot and integrate into our core product lines.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all futuristic systems adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipeline technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
