Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technology strategy initiatives aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Develop and present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation pilots and proof-of-concepts for next-gen tech adoption
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and market foresight methodologies
- Strong background in product development lifecycle management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTO Academy, Futures Thinking Institute) preferred
