Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent research for emerging domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline and prioritize R&D initiatives based on market readiness
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
