Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech solutions
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess their strategic implications for business growth and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in areas like neural interfaces, autonomous systems, and decentralized networks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and technology startups to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and researchers, fostering a culture of curiosity and experimental thinking
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical considerations surrounding emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology products with market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence executive decisions
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
