Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at executive level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in AI, quantum, or sustainable tech fields
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in scenario planning for 2026+ horizons
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks and governance
- Fluency in emerging tech standards (ISO/IEC 38507, NIST AI RMF)
