Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product launches
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess market viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders and research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published research or patents in future tech domains preferred
