Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic AI)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, bio-integrated systems) for competitive advantage
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives targeting net-zero operational impact
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced robotics
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
