Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, digital transformation, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Certification in Agile/Scrum, TOGAF, or similar frameworks
