Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap for 2026-2031
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biocomputing, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with ROI projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and digital transformation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with vendor partnerships and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Prior experience with board-level presentations and C-suite influence
