Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting

- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks

- Deep knowledge of global tech regulations and ethical frameworks
