Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments and tech partnerships
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market disruption
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least three: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or neurotech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic planning credential
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
