Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects from ideation through prototype development
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
