Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen product concepts and service models
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic priorities
- Develop go-to-market strategies for experimental technologies with high-potential applications
- Build relationships with venture capitalists, academic institutions, and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching or scaling emerging tech solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or advanced materials
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
