Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-shifting technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience securing >$30M in venture capital or corporate funding
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++ preferred)
