Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-focused tech roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members using data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups pioneering 2026-relevant technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching products with 7-figure revenue from early-stage concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
