Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototype-to-production cycles for emerging tech
- Identify and capitalize on disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D centers
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving humanity's most complex challenges
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals preferred
- Expertise in at least two of: machine learning, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital for moonshot projects
