- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and venture capital
- Present disruptive tech frameworks at global summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Drive patent development for at least 3 novel technologies annually
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives (PhD or equivalent)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Successful exit or IPO as founding tech strategist
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Global keynote speaker with 50+ conference appearances
- Active contributor to IEEE or ACM future-tech committees
