Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape through proprietary intelligence systems
- Mentor R&D teams on future tech integration and commercialization pathways
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
