Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional squads (20+ engineers, designers, data scientists) to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through competitive grants and industry partnerships
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ filings annually in AI ethics, climate tech, and biocomputing
- Advocate ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AGI development
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record shipping products used by 1M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience securing SBIR grants or equivalent funding mechanisms
