Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem through partnerships with research labs and startups
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 15+ business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep knowledge of AI, blockchain, IoT, and sustainability tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience building high-performing innovation teams and fostering cultures of experimentation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
