Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging tech opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for next-gen technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing innovation portfolios in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong network within global tech research communities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
