Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and market shifts affecting tech adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with focus on emerging technologies
- Proven track record in translating future trends into product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, AR/VR ecosystems, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
